Text file that contains the instrucions to use the provided code and data to reproduce the statistical validation presented in the paper, to illustrate how to apply the Laplacian mechanism, including an example application using the Internet connectivity statistics, and to describe how to apply the same statistical validation to any new privacy preserving release of the Internet statistics. In addition to that, instructions are provided to install the psilence library that implements the Laplacian mechanism, and also to illustrate how to format sensitive dataset so our Laplacian mechanism can be applied to produce privacy-preserving estimates.
