This study aims to study the inhibitory effect of YQHX (a herbal formula) on myofibroblast activation. Mouse fibroblasts NIH/3T3 cells were treated by TGF-beta 1 with/without YQHX for 12 h (n = 3 for per group). Then, RNA was extracted and detected by from RNA-sequencing.
