This dataset is a provincial-level flood and drought disaster statistical dataset of China, covering the period from 2006 to 2021. The CPC Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to flood and drought disaster prevention work, and this dataset was compiled based on disaster-related bulletins released by the Ministry of Water Resources of the People's Republic of China. The dataset includes statistics of flood and drought disasters for each province in China, as well as multi-year flood and drought disaster conditions, data on small and medium-sized river and mountain torrent disasters, and typhoon disaster situations.
