Replication materials for: From Rights-on-Paper to Rights-in-Practice in the LLM Era: A Three-Layer Framework Grounded in Structured Policy Analysis

This Zenodo record contains replication materials for the manuscript “From Rights-on-Paper to Rights-in-Practice in the LLM Era: A Three-Layer Framework Grounded in Structured Policy Analysis” (submitted to Data & Policy). Contents (in the ZIP archive) include:- a machine-readable coding sheet underlying the cross-provider comparison (Supplementary Table S1; URLs, retrieval dates, and coded features),- a Layer 2 evaluation checklist (Supplementary Table S2),- a README with the public-document retrieval date (2026-02-12),- a file manifest with checksums, and a spreadsheet view of S1/S2. All analysed sources are publicly available provider policy/help documents referenced by URL and retrieval date; they are not redistributed here. No human-subject data were collected.
