Transcriptome sequences of ICE-treated mouse RAW264.7 macrophage

Transcriptome sequencing analysis of LPS-induced RAW 264.7 macrophages treated with ICE was performed to investigate the differentially expressed genes in response to ICE treatment, and to elucidate the potential underlying mechanisms of ICE anti-inflammatory effects at the transcriptome level.本研究对经脂多糖（Lipopolysaccharide，LPS）诱导并经ICE（Interleukin-1β Converting Enzyme）处理的RAW 264.7巨噬细胞开展转录组测序（Transcriptome sequencing）分析，旨在探究响应ICE处理的差异表达基因，并从转录组层面阐明ICE抗炎作用的潜在分子机制。
