Under research project PRC2015003 a set of chlamydial isolates recovered from mammals and stored in the biobank of the Italian NRL for Chlamydioses were sequenced using an Illumina MiSeq sequencer with 2x250 pair-end runs. Library preparation was performed using Illumina Nextera XT/Nextera DNA Flex kits.
