资源简介:
Aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) is a mycotoxin with strong toxicity and strong carcinogenicity, so its detoxification research is of great significance. In this study, 11 strains with the ability to degrade AFB1 were screened and isolated, of which 30 16.5 100 1 had the highest degradation rate, reaching 99.2%. Morphological and molecular identification of 30 16.5 100 1 strains confirmed that the strain was Penicillium herquei. In order to explore the degradation mechanism of AFB1 by Penicillium herquei 30 16.5 100 1, AFB1 was degraded by its different components (bacterial suspension, fermentation broth, spore, thalli), and the results showed that: Penicillium herquei 30 16.5 100 1 can effectively degrade AFB1, and the degradation rate of AFB1 by fungal suspension is as high as 98.3% at 72h; spores and culture filtrate have no obvious degradation effect on AFB1, but the mycelium have obvious degradation effect on AFB1; the intracellular fluid is released by breaking the mycelium. Set different incubation time and rotation speed, and found that the effective degradation components exist in the intracellular fluid, it is speculated that it may be one or several active enzymes, and the active enzymes can be separated at 5000r rotation speed.
