floFISH example dataset for pytests and bulkprocessing example

This zenodo repository contains an example datsaset for running the pytests in the github flofish project (https://github.com/LaToyaVanderB/flofish), and for running the bulk_processing.ipynb found in this project as well. After downloading, make sure the files are moved to their correct folder within the cloned flofish github repo: the files: 1) MG1655_GLU_OD_0.3_left_DIC_02.tif 2) MG1655_GLU_OD_0.3_left_CY5, CY3.5 NAR, CY3, DAPI_02.vsi 3) grgb.npy have to be moved to the folder "flofish/flofish/tests/data/input" ________________________________________________________________________________________ The entire bulk_processing folder has to be moved to the folder "flofish/flofish". ________________________________________________________________________________________ When placed in these folder you should be able to run the flofish code.
