Role of Circulating Exosomal miRNAs in early diabetic retinopathy

To investigate the possibilities of circulating exosomal miRNAs in the early screening and prevention of diabetic retinopathy(DR), and to explore how the exosomal miRNAs functioning in DR. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from small RNA-seq of 3 diabetes mellitus(DM) patients and 3 DR patients. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of small RNA-seq data for DM patients and DR patients.
