Bacterial community of Ruspolia differens: Raw sequence reads

This research aimed at establishing the intrinsic properties, the microbial counts and the microbial community composition of an edible grasshopper Ruspolia differens. It also assessed the effect of sourcing geographical area, trading point, swarming season and plucking treatment on these parameters.
