Cross-sections of human extra-ocular muscle tissue immunohistochemically stained to visualize T-lymphocytes (CD3 and CD8), B-lymphocytes (CD20 and CD138), macrophages (CD68) and lymphatic vessels (D2-40 Podoplanin). All staining have been performed using images which have been acquired with Nanozoomer-SQ (Hamamatsu) slide scanner. Images can be visualized with NDP.view2 software, which can be downloaded for free.
