Mus musculus strain:C57BL/6J Transcriptome or Gene expression

Objective: To compare the changes of genes in mouse colon from Control group, IBD group, and OPR group, and screen out the genes pathways that may be related to mechanism of OPR treatment in IBD.Methods: The mouse colon samples were collected from Control group (Healthy mice, n = 3), IBD group (DSS-induced mice, n = 3), and OPR group (IBD mice treated with OPR, n = 3). Total RNA from mouse colon tissue was extracted using the TRIzol method, and RNA samples were analyzed for integrity and purity after extraction. Libraries were built using NEB Next UltraTM RNA Library Prep Kit. After passing the library test, different libraries were pooled according to the effective concentration and the target downstream data volume, and then sequenced by Illumina, and 150 bp paired-end reads were generated.
