The goal of this study is to explore potential peptide-based drug candidates by sequencing both RNA and proteins. By analyzing the RNA sequences, we aim to identify genes that are involved in disease-related pathways, while protein sequencing will help in discovering the expressed proteins and their functional roles. The integration of both datasets will provide insights into the molecular mechanisms underlying specific conditions, and facilitate the identification of novel peptides that could be developed into therapeutic agents.
