m6A epitranscriptome analysis of hypothalamus arcuate nucleus mRNAs by MeRIP-Seq in female rats

To explore the role of m6A during puberty, we performed m6A epitranscriptome analysis hypothalamus arcuate nucleus mRNAs by MeRIP-Seq in female rats at different developmental stages. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of MeRIP-Seq data for female rats at different developmental stages in the arucate nucleus of hypothalamus.
