Time series analysis of transcriptomic responses to iron and zinc stress in Sorghum

Iron (Fe) and Zinc (Zn) play an essential role in physiological and metabolic processes in plants.We aim to investigate transcriptional changes under limiting, normal and excess Iron and Zinc stress to identify any particular processes and biochemical pathways that could play a particular role in the adaptation to the stress conditions in a bioenergy feedstock model plant Sorghum bicolor.
