Optimizing backward elimination predictor selection for PLS regression models

Source code and data to replicate the results presented in the paper "Optimizing backward elimination predictor selection for partial least squares regression models" by Tim Offermans, currently in submission. Running "script.py" should regenerate all results, but do check that you have the correct (versions of) the Python packages used.
