hUMSC-sEV protects the heart against ischemia/reperfusion injury by inhibiting ferroptosis induced by miR-490-3p.

This study surveys genome-wide mRNA expression changes triggered by miR-490-3p over-expression in HL1 mouse atrial cardiomyocytes. HL1 cells were transfected with either miR-490-3p mimic or negative-control miRNA (miR-NC) in five independent biological replicates. Total RNA was extracted 24 h post-transfection and libraries were constructed with the Illumina TruSeq RNA Sample Prep Kit. The resulting sequencing data will be used to identify differentially expressed genes and pathways regulated by miR-490-3p in cardiac cells.
