Research Organization Registry (ROR) Data in Sqlite Database

Version 1.1 of the Research Organization Registry data translated into a SQLite database using ROR2DB (https://github.com/Metadata-Game-Changers/ROR2DB). This version adds country, country_code, and status to the ror table.研究组织注册表（Research Organization Registry，ROR）数据的1.1版本，借助ROR2DB工具转换为SQLite数据库格式（工具开源仓库地址：https://github.com/Metadata-Game-Changers/ROR2DB）。该版本为ror数据表新增了国家、国家代码及状态字段。
