This dataset includes both the structural characteristics of the device and its hydrogen sensing performance. All data were obtained using professional structural characterization tools (e.g., TEM, XPS, and XRD), electrical measurement instruments (e.g., semiconductor analyzers), and commercially licensed computational software (e.g., VASP).
