The role of elacridar, a BCRP inhibitor in the resensitization of TOP-resistant ovarian cancer cell lines to cytotoxic drugs in 2D and 3D cell culture model

This data describe the effect of elacridar on resistance to Topotecan, Mitoxantrone and Cisplatin in TOP-resistant ovarian cancer cell lines with high level of BCRP drug transporter expression. A 2D monolayer and 3D spheroids models of cell culture were used in this study.
