This experiment uses (Malus Domestica,“Changfu 2 Fuji”) as the test material, and adopts the method of inter-strain thinning, combined with lifting (driving to 100-120cm), falling head (falling to 300-320cm), opening angle (The main branch angle is about 90°, and the branching measure is about 30% of the total branch amount. Through the analysis of thinning and trimming, the determination of physiological indexes such as chlorophyll, ascorbic acid, ascorbate oxide enzyme, polyphenol oxide enzyme, ribulose 1,5-diphosphate ribulose in different parts of apple, and the use of transcriptome technology to express genes in different parts. The analysis of differences and the molecular mechanism of in-depth changes provide a theoretical basis for the actual production regulation of apples.
