Supplementary data and R scripts for: "Demography and Environment Shape Genetic Variation: Spatiotemporal Genetic Dynamics in Cyclic Voles at Low Latitudes"

This repository contains all scripts, code, and data required to reproduce the analyses presented in Domínguez et al. (2026), “Demography and Environment Shape Genetic Variation: Spatiotemporal Genetic Dynamics in Cyclic Voles at Low Latitudes”, submitted to Molecular Ecology. The project is organized as an RStudio project using relative paths to ensure full reproducibility without modifying working directories. The repository includes scripts for estimating genetic diversity parameters, calculating relatedness (QGM), analysing new and private alleles, and reproducing the final statistical models presented in the study.
