'Ships of Opportunity' (SOOP) is a facility of the Australian 'Integrated Marine Observing System' (IMOS) project. This data set was collected by the SOOP sub-facility 'Sensors on Tropical Research Vessels' aboard the RV Cape Ferguson Trip 4924.

机遇观测船（Ships of Opportunity，简称SOOP）是澳大利亚综合海洋观测系统（Integrated Marine Observing System，简称IMOS）项目下设的观测设施。本数据集由SOOP下属子设施“热带研究船传感器（Sensors on Tropical Research Vessels）”搭载于开普·弗格森号（RV Cape Ferguson）科考船第4924航次采集所得。
