data files for the Nephele SARS-CoV-2 pipeline

SARS-CoV2.zip: Primers, bed files, genome, and annotations used in the Nephele SARS-CoV-2 pipeline. These files are provided 'as is'. nephele_sars_cov2_primer_links.xlsx: spreadsheet contains provenance of the files. Some primers are no longer available from the original source. The snpeff files (e.g. SARS-CoV2/snpeff_data/SARS-CoV2_NC_045512.2/SARS-CoV2.fa) are generated automatically by the snpEff program.
