Domestic wastewater is an overlooked source and quantity in global river dissolved carbon

The dataset contains domestic wastewater generation and treatment statistics at the county level, as well as the potential discharge of dissolved carbon. Additionally, the dataset provides urban domestic wastewater generation and treatment statistics for the seven major basins in China, along with information on the WWTPs number, build-up area and city population.
