The idea of our team: Divide into 3 groups according to the size of the missing values, and each group adopts different strategies. For the group with the least missing values, we used random interpolation to complete the data; for the group with medium missing values, we used the Euclidean distance to calculate the similarity between the user’s electricity consumption and other users; the one with the largest missing value For the group, we used the average value to calculate the similarity between this user and other users.
