Satisfaction with rail services.<br>Topics: frequency of travelling by train in the own country in the last twelve months; most frequent purpose for travelling by train in the own country; satisfaction with the following features of railway stations in the own country: connections with other modes of transport, car parking facilities, quality of facilities and services, provision of information about train timetables, ease of buying tickets, easy and accessible complaint-handling mechanisms, cleanliness and good maintenance of stations, personal security; satisfaction with the following features of railway travel in the own country: frequency of trains, length of journey, punctuality and reliability, personal security, cleanliness and good maintenance of carriages, provision of information during the journey, sufficient capacity for passengers, comfort of the seating area, connections with other train services, availability of staff on the train, assistance and information for disabled or elderly people.
Demography: sex; age; age at end of education; occupation; professional position; type of community.
Additionally coded was: respondent ID; language of the interview; country; date of interview; time of the beginning of the interview; duration of the interview; type of phone line; call history; region; weighting factor.
