A dataset on yield and nitrogen content for twelve winter vegetables grown in the Valencian Community (Eastern Spain)

Database about nitrogen content and yield data for twelve winter crops grown in the Valencian Community, Eastern Spain, during the last 30 years. Crops are artichoke, carrot, cauliflower, chard, Chinese cabbage, early potato, leek, lettuce, onion, red cabbage, romanesco and spinach. The data is arranged into three tables, one for fertilization data, another for nitrogen and crop dry matter per unit surface and a final one with data about dry matter yield (marketable), harvest index and dry/fresh yield matter ratio. The data can be used to develop critical nitrogen curves and to obtain the dry matter production parameters.
