**Frailty Definition**
In Leeds, we use the [Electronic Frailty Index](https://www.england.nhs.uk/ourwork/clinical-policy/older-people/frailty/efi/) to decide which level of frailty people fall within. Some guidance notes can be found [here](https://improvementacademy.org/documents/Projects/healthy_ageing/eFI%20Guidance%20SystmOne%20Notes%20for%20HAC%20Partners.pdf) together with a definition of the frailty levels.
**LSMP & The Light**
This stands for Leeds Student Medical Practice and The Light is a general practice situated within The Light shopping centre in Leeds.
Numbers less than 6 are suppressed.

GP Activity is a count of the number of contacts the people in the cohort had with Primary Care
GP Total Cost is the total cost of the activity the people in the cohort had with Primary Care
Inpatient Elective Activity is a count of the number of contacts the people in the cohort had with Inpatient Elective care
Inpatient Elective Total Cost is the total cost of the activity of the people in the cohort had with Inpatient Elective care
Inpatient non Elective Activity is a count of the number of contacts the people in the cohort had with Inpatient non Elective care
Inpatient non Elective Total Cost is the total cost of the activity of the people in the cohort had with Inpatient non Elective care
Inpatient Activity is a count of the number of contacts the people in the cohort had with Inpatient care
Inpatient Total Cost is the total cost of the activity of the people in the cohort had with Inpatient care
Outpatient Activity is a count of the number of contacts the people in the cohort had with outpatient care
