Achtsamkeit und Integrative Supervision – Zum Modell „komplexer Achtsamkeit“ Mindfulness and integrative supervision – On the model of „complex mindfulness“

Dargestellt werden Theorien, Herleitungen und Forschung von Achtsamkeit/komplexer Achtsamkeit sowie von Achtsamkeit in der Arbeitswelt. Des Weiteren werden Theorie und Konzepte der „integrativen Supervision“ erläutert. Untersucht werden zudem theoretische Bezüge von Achtsamkeit und Supervision, Überschneidungen und Möglichkeiten der Anwendung. Da kaum Forschungsarbeiten in diesem Bereich vorliegen, werden Konzepte auf die „integrative Supervision“ angewendet und mit Beispielen aus der Praxis verknüpft. This thesis describes theories, derivation and research of mindfulness/ complex mindfulness and mindfulness at work as well as theories and concepts of „integrative supervision“. Furthermore, theoretical relations of mindfulness and supervison, overlaps and possibilies of implementations are examined.
