气象观测数据是开展天气预报预警、气候预测预估、科学研究的基础,是推动气象科学发展的原动力。中国科学院海伦农业生态实验站是中国生态系统研究网络(CERN)和国家级长期定位研究站,位于126°55'12"E,47°27'14"N,其所在区域是世界四大黑土区之一,代表了中国东北黑土区农田生态系统。目前公开报道的该站气象数据只局限于个别气象要素,尚未对多个要素全面报道。鉴于此,本文利用海伦站气象观测场VAISALA自动观测系统采集原始数据,经过数据处理、质量控制和评估,以月为尺度,将2009–2018年10年的气温,露点温度,相对湿度,降水,气压,水汽压,海平面气压,10 min平均风速月平均,地表温度月平均,5 cm土壤温度月平均,10 cm土壤温度月平均,15 cm土壤温度月平均,20 cm土壤温度月平均,40 cm土壤温度月平均,60 cm土壤温度月平均,100 cm土壤温度月平均和太阳辐射数据共计17个表格116 KB公开报道,以期为国民经济的发展,尤其是当地农业生产活动提供基础支撑。

Meteorological observation data serves as the foundation for weather forecasting and early warning, climate prediction and projection, and scientific research, and is the driving force for the development of meteorological science. The Hailun Agro-ecological Experimental Station of the Chinese Academy of Sciences is a station under the Chinese Ecosystem Research Network (CERN) and a national-level long-term fixed-point research station, located at 126°55'12"E, 47°27'14"N. The region where it is situated is one of the world's four major black soil regions, and represents the farmland ecosystem of the black soil area in Northeast China. Currently, publicly reported meteorological data from this station are limited to individual meteorological elements, with no comprehensive reports covering multiple elements available. In view of this, this paper uses the raw data collected by the VAISALA automatic observation system at the meteorological observation field of the Hailun Station, and after data processing, quality control and assessment, publicly releases a dataset containing monthly mean data from 2009 to 2018 (a 10-year period) including air temperature, dew point temperature, relative humidity, precipitation, atmospheric pressure, water vapor pressure, sea level pressure, monthly mean 10-minute average wind speed, monthly mean surface temperature, monthly mean soil temperatures at depths of 5 cm, 10 cm, 15 cm, 20 cm, 40 cm, 60 cm and 100 cm, and solar radiation, with a total of 17 tables (116 KB). This dataset aims to provide basic support for the development of the national economy, especially local agricultural production activities.
