454 quality scores of the raw sequences of the MHC class II DRB exon 2 gene from rodents - Run 2

This file contains the quality scores for the 272,975 raw sequences produced using 454 GS-FLX Titanium pyrosequencing (second run). The 864 multiplexed amplicons were tagged using both forward and reverse primers. The list of the 864 multiplexed samples and associated tags are provided in the following file: 454_Reads_DRB_Asia_Run2.csv.本文件包含通过454 GS-FLX Titanium焦磷酸测序（第二轮测序）生成的272,975条原始序列的质量评分。本次实验中，864个多重扩增子（multiplexed amplicons）通过正向引物与反向引物完成了标签标记。864个多重样本及其关联标签的列表已在以下文件中提供：454_Reads_DRB_Asia_Run2.csv。
