The increasing suicide cases among university and college students all over Kenya is alarming. The purpose of this study was to examine the level of suicidality among students in Kenya Medical Training College. The study was done among a sample comprising 372 participants Data were analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 20. The results show the average scores for the participants were 7.8 for suicide ideation; 7.1 for suicide behavior, and 3.6 for suicide attempts. Therefore, the average levels of suicidality for the participants were moderate for both suicide ideation and suicidal behavior, but low for a suicide attempt. This implies that a moderate number of students have suicide ideas and behaviors, but only a few have attempted to commit suicide. aged between 17 and 25 years. Data was collected using a suicidality assessment tool which assessed participants’ suicidality in terms of suicide ideation, suicide behaviours, and suicide attempts.
