Staphylococcus aureus lipoteichoic acid-stimulated undifferentiated and neutrophil-like differentiated HL-60 cells

HL-60 is a human promyelocytic leukemia cell line and differentiated HL-60 is an alternative to human primary neutrophils. The transcriptomic profile of undifferentiated HL-60 and dimethyl sulfoxide-differentiated HL-60 were determined at 4 and 24 hours after stimulation with high and low concentrations of Staphylococcus aureus lipoteichoic acids. RNA sequencing of whole cell RNA was performed on undifferentiated and differentiated HL-60 that stimulated with Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus) lipoteichoic acids (LTA). Undifferentiated HL-60 (uHL-60) which was stimulated with 1 μg/ml of S. aureus LTA were collected after 4 and 24 hours. Unstimulated uHL-60 at the same time point were collected and used as control group. There is 1 biological replication in each sample of uHL-60. In addition, differentiated HL-60 (dHL-60) which was stimulated with 1 μg/ml or 10 μg/ml of S. aureus LTA and unstimulated dHL-60 were collected after 4 and 24 hours. Duplicate samples of dHL-60 were collected.
