The study goals: we used human Caco-2 cells as a model to explore whether Escherichia coli-derived LPS could induce intestinal Caco-2 cells to acquire trained immunity by evaluating the expression of inflammatory factors and intestinal mucosal defense proteins, genome-wide mRNA, and intracellular metabolism, as well as the metabolic and epigenetic mechanisms of its formation.Aled global changes in gene expression upon LPS priming or restimulation. A total of 34826 expressed genes and 162,418 expressed transcripts were detected in this analysis,including the transcriptomic profile of LPS priming after 24 h (7 days prior to LPS restimulation) and LPS-primed Caco-2 cells after LPS restimulation.
