The aim of this experiment was to study the effects of a kinase-dead mutant of the cell cycle kinase CDK6 (CDK6-K43M) on gene expression in a murine model of BCR-ABL driven leukemia. Overall design: Mouse bone marrow cells from mice homozygously expressing wildtype (CDK6-WT), or mutant (CDK6-K43M) CDK6, or with a homozygous CDK6 knock-out (CDK6-KO) were retrovirally transduced to generate cell lines which express BCR-ABL(p185). Three cell lines were generated per genotype for a total of nine lines. RNA sequencing was performed to study differential gene expression between the genotypes. The CDK6-WT and CDK6-KO samples were submitted to GEO previously as GSM4748865 (CDK6_WT1), GSM4748866 (CDK6_WT2), GSM4748867 (CDK6_WT3), GSM4748868 (CDK6_KO1), GSM4748869 (CDK6_KO2) and GSM4748870 (CDK6_KO3). They were reanalysed in this study together with the CDK6_K43M samples.
