The Influence of Eclectic Interventions on Anger and Assertiveness

the purpose of this study was to examine the effects of a newly developed cognitive behavioral theory-based art and expressive eclectic interventions on functional anger and assertiveness in young people. A total of 16 university student nurses participated in this quasi-experimental design study. Data was collected with pre-test, post-test and follow up test by the Rathus Assertiveness Schedule and the State-Trait Anger Expression Inventory.本研究旨在考察基于认知行为理论的新型艺术与表达折衷干预手段对年轻人功能性愤怒及自信水平的影响。本项准实验设计研究共纳入16名护理专业本科学生作为研究参与者。数据采集采用前测、后测与追踪测试的方式，通过拉瑟斯自信量表（Rathus Assertiveness Schedule）与状态-特质愤怒表达量表（State-Trait Anger Expression Inventory）完成相关测评数据的收集。
