Inspire distribution of species in Germany — distribution

The INSPIRE dataset Distribution of Species in Germany — Dissemination provides nationwide distribution data sets according to the specifications of the INSPIRE Guideline Annex III topic. The distribution area was generated by the Federal Office for Nature Conservation from data from the federal states and the Federal Government for the purpose of producing the national report pursuant to Article 17 of the Habitats Directive. The basis was the occurrence data of the species (10 km * 10 km grid occupancy) for which the distribution area area was determined according to a defined method. The dataset does not contain any information on sensitive species.
