This study aims to elucidate the molecular mechanism of miRNA in regulating peony flower color formation through techniques like high - throughput sequencing, gene expression analysis and functional verification, and its findings will contribute to both theoretical understanding of plant flower color regulation and practical genetic improvement of peony varieties for the flower industry.
