ChIP-Seq analysis for histone H3.3 in HL-60 cells after combined treatment with ATRA and palbociclib

It was reported that the CDK4/6 inhibitor, palbociclib, can enhance ATRA-induced myeloid differentiation in HL-60 cells. Therefore, in this study, chromatin remodeling was precisely analyzed with a focus on histone H3.3 deposition. Overall design: Human acute promyelocytic leukemia HL-60 cells were treated with ATRA alone, palbociclib alone, or a combination of both for 48 hours. Changes in the peaks of histone H3.3 deposition were compared each other. There is single sample for each condition.
