Bullying information exposure and perceived school unsafety among Chinese secondary students: questionnaire and survey dataset

This dataset accompanies a cross-sectional study of bullying information exposure and perceived school unsafety among Chinese secondary students. It contains 336 retained student records, 43 substantive item responses, background variables, a primary-analysis indicator, and five arithmetic-mean scale scores. The associated English questionnaire, variable dictionary, item-number crosswalk, and scoring script are included. The primary analysis excludes the “Never experienced” involvement category, yielding 313 records; an information-contact-only subgroup contains 197 records. Current item numbering follows the supplied consecutive-numbered questionnaire. Source row identifiers and constant administrative fields have been removed. Access to participant-level data is governed by the study’s consent and ethics requirements.
