Genes significantly unregulated in Spib-deficient tuft cells included those associated with type 2 immune responses or induced by type 2 immune stimuli. Overall design: EpCAM+ SiglecF+ small intestinal tuft cells were sorted from naïve WT and Spib-deficient mice, and were sent our for RNA-seq library construction.
