Supplementation of ACBP/DBI for the Experimental Treatment of Anorexia Nervosa

Total liver RNA extracts from adult female mice (8-week-old) subjected to CRS (chronic restraint stress) or CDDP (cisplatin) induced anorexia with or without ACBP/DBI delivery to investigate the impact of ACBP/DBI on anorexia-induced transcriptomic alterations. ALZET osmotic pumps containing ACBP/DBI (2.5 mg/mL) or PBS were transplanted into eight-week-old female C57BL/6 J mice. Anorexia was induced by CRS or CDDP fourty-eight hours or seventy-two hours later respectively (Goups: CTR=PBS / CDDP / CRS / ACBP / CDDP+ACBP / CRS+ACBP)
