Sample Hyperspectral Apple Skin and Flesh Dataset (SFTCI study)

This dataset contains a sample of hyperspectral imaging data (400-1000 nm, 120 spectral bands) of apple skin and flesh, illustrating the data format and structure used in the study "Application of Hyperspectral Imaging and Deep Learning for Prediction of Optical Contrast Between Apple Skin and Flesh". Due to restrictions imposed by the funding project INFOSTRATEG-IV/0026/2022, only a representative sample is provided. The full dataset is available from the corresponding author upon reasonable request. Each sample folder contains:- square.hdr, square - ENVI format hyperspectral image (64x64 pixels, 120 bands)- square.png - RGB visualization- annotation.txt - metadata (cultivar, origin, quality, photo type)
