We have an interest how clock genes retained in B. rapa genome play a role in the network of clock itself and developmental and metabolic mechanisms regulated by clock. Here we use RNA-seq to profile the circadian transcriptome of B. rapa leaves in wild-type plant. This data may contribute to the study of mechanisms inherent in polyploidy genome crops differentiated from model plants in circadian clock regulation and be useful in breeding studies using clock genes.
