Genomic DNA isolated from wildtype and Dnmt3L knockout mice and sent to Australian Genome Research Facility (Melbourne) for paired-end sequencing for de novo sequencing and mapping to reference genome. 600 bp inserts.
从野生型（wildtype）与Dnmt3L基因敲除（Dnmt3L knockout）小鼠中分离基因组DNA，将样本送至澳大利亚基因组研究中心（墨尔本）开展双端测序，用于从头测序及参考基因组比对分析，实验采用的插入片段长度为600碱基对（base pair, bp）。
