This dataset comprises 3310 intensive care unit (ICU) patients admitted between 2004 and 2020, with its core focus on multidrug-resistant (MDR) prediction. It contains both static and temporal variables associated with patient demographics, severity of illness indices, medication records, and microbial culture results. The dataset has obtained ethical approval for research purposes. In terms of scale, the dataset includes 3310 patients in total, among which 597 patients are MDR-positive and 2713 patients are MDR-negative. The research task is to perform MDR prediction via multivariate time series analysis.
