Effect of elevated pressure on microbial communities from the Gulf of Mexico

Microbial 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing sequences were generated from deep-sea sediment communities incubated under atmospheric and elevated pressure in the presence of crude oil and/or detergent, in order to investigate the effect of pressure on the development of microbial communities.本数据集的微生物16S rRNA扩增子测序（16S rRNA amplicon sequencing）序列取自分别在常压与加压条件下、添加原油和/或去污剂培养的深海沉积物群落，旨在探究压力对微生物群落发育的影响。
