ADAR1-p150 is an enzyme that performs A-to-I RNA editing. Our study indicated all-trans retinoic acid (ATRA) reduced protein levels of ADAR1-p150 in cancer. The purpose of this project is to investigate A-to-I RNA editing rate in pancreatic cancer cell lines treated with or without ATRA.
