Biom table

The biom table was generated using Qiime 1.8.0 using uclust reference based OTU picking against greengene database (gg_13_8). <br>otu_table_filtered.biom was filtered from the biom table by the following script:<br><i>filter_otus_from_otu_table.py -i otu_table.biom -o otu_table_filtered.biom -n 10 -s 2</i><br><br>n= The minimum total observation count of an otu for that otu to be retained,s = The minimum number of samples an OTU must be observed in for that otu to be retained<br>本数据集的BIOM表（Biological Observation Matrix）采用QIIME 1.8.0软件生成，通过基于UCLUST的参考序列OTU（Operational Taxonomic Unit，操作分类单元）聚类挑选流程，比对Greengenes数据库（gg_13_8）完成。<br>otu_table_filtered.biom文件通过下述脚本从原始BIOM表中过滤得到：<br><i>filter_otus_from_otu_table.py -i otu_table.biom -o otu_table_filtered.biom -n 10 -s 2</i><br><br>其中，参数-n代表保留某一OTU所需的最小总观测计数；参数-s代表保留某一OTU所需的该OTU被观测到的最小样本数。
